Casey joined the University of Dallas dining services team in May, 2019 as General Manager. He has worked in Higher Education Food Service for more than 20 years. Casey's passions are about food and people and his mission is to enrich and nourish lives of the University of Dallas community through various dining services program. If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies please reach out to him if you need help. He enjoys spending time with his family, shopping, dining out and playing soccer. Casey is married with 3 kids and currently resides in Frisco.

Chef Quentin recently joined the Dining Team at University of Dallas. He is an award winning Chef with multiple trophies under his belt. Chef Quentin is a 2-time Marvin Zindler Blue Ribbon Award Winner, as well as the winner of 6 Gold and 2 Silver Medals for Culinary work during his career. Chef Quentin is eager to indulge the palates of our University of Dallas patrons.

Native Dallasite, Jim Grindinger has been a part of the University of Dallas dining team for 1 year and has been in the restaurant business for over 32 years. Jim oversees the menu production and purchasing for Haggar Cafe. He welcomes your feedback and ideas to make your visits memorable.

While he was originally a Haggar Cafe Supervisor, he decided to take his talents to our catering department about 6 years ago.
